The moment Sean C finally said “yes.” I had gone to see him seven times. Failure wasn’t an option—not because of ego, but because of responsibility. We don’t go into business for titles. We do it to provide more for our families: time, freedom, and yes, money. But those rewards only matter if the business is healthy enough to sustain them. These experiences clarified one truth quickly: results don’t endure without grit, belief, hope, great people, processes, but most importantly, PROFIT!!
